AX32 & MOM Controls Dolby Atmos monitoring at Genelecs AES Booth


Genelec and Gil Gowing of Digimidi Technical Services will be demonstrating Genelec’s new 'The Ones' series of studio monitors in an immersive mixing environment for both music and post featuring Dolby Atmos.
 
A DAD AX32 with the Pro|Mon | 3 option, handles 16 channels of DA conversion, along with the new MOM remote monitor controller will be the center pieces in controlling all of the booth’s monitoring, from a couple of stereo monitoring pairs, to the 7.2.4 immersive monitoring set up.
 
"Having the flexibility of the Pro|Mon option to configure all of the sources needed for the demo, as well as the pristine D to A conversion makes the AX32 a perfect pairing for these demonstrations that we will be giving several times each of the 3 days of the show," says Gil Gowing.
