What’s new today is a brand new fixed audio installation dedicated to students and experts in the medical and healthcare fields.
 
Everything is shaped in a huge and futuristic architectural complex born as HQ for the Hong Kong Open University of Institute of Healthcare -香港公開大學(The Open University of Hong Kong)rising in a total site area of 18,680 sq.m.
 
The indoor Jockey Club Grand Theatre was built, in fact, to support the courses’ activities.
 
This roomy and equipped space is the hub in which HK University usually sets many initiatives including lessons, conferences with international professionals, workshops, presentations, and much more.
 
The design, supply, and installation of the VIO systems are by DMT Pro - one of the most renowned local companies in outdoor and indoor soundproofing.
 
The entire project has been carried on with determination, expertise, and certainly with strong commitment facing these difficult times that make all operations and work sessions a hard challenge.
 
The complete PA configuration was conceived and calibrated to deliver homogeneous and quality sound and today consists of:
8 VIO L210 in 2 clusters of 4 modules
3 VIO X205
2 VIO S118 as subwoofer complements
2 LVX XM12 as stage monitors
1 CONTROL 8 used for system monitoring
 
This sound reinforcement project started in January 2020 and was completed in November 2020. We’re proud to be technological supporters for the young generation in the learning path.
