RTHK recently finished another studio’s revamp – Studio 5 (S5). Vizrt and DMT become the natural choices for RTHK following the hugely successful revamp of Studio 4 (S4). S5 is basically a carbon-copy of S4 when it comes to the use of augmented reality. S5 is equipped with three cameras, two of which have the ability to output augmented reality graphics using Vizrt’s flagship product – the Viz Engine.

 

More made for radio TV programmes like the investment program “Investment Era” and political program “Accountability” are being produced at S5 over the weekend in addition to the very popular morning show “Talk about” and afternoon health program Healthpedia during weekdays. 

 

Vizrt also provides the control software Viz Multiplay for the studio’s state-of-the-art Mitsubishi video wall.
