He has long been engaged in technical research and system testing in the broadcast audio field. He has been involved in the post-production sound work of many of CMG's documentaries and major events, and has participated in developing national standards related to 3D audio. He received the first prize for documentary sound in the Golden Sail Award for TV Program Technical Quality, presented by the former State Administration of Radio, Film and Television.

Wang Ruochen (Senior Principal Engineer, Dolby Laboratories)
Talk Topic: "Dolby Atmos Loudness Specifications and Delivery Technical Requirements"

He has long provided technical support for audio/video production and transmission and distribution for major domestic streaming platforms. He will introduce the loudness specifications and measurement methods of Dolby Atmos in music and film/TV content production, and interpret the delivery technical requirements of major streaming platforms.

Distributed Multi-Seat Monitoring from a Single Unit

Built on the Network Display web-based monitoring architecture, TMxCore can extend to up to 3 independent browser-based virtual screens (subject to license permissions). Each screen supports its own custom layout, aspect ratio, and soundfield/loudness views, accessible at a dedicated URL with one click.

A single host can distribute different monitoring interfaces to multiple seats — for directing, mixing, and operations — greatly reducing rack hardware investment and cabling costs. The web interface also optimizes tab naming, device icons, and preset synchronization logic, significantly improving 7×24 reliability for unattended operation.

Underlying Rework of the Preset Editor
Doubling the Efficiency of Complex Monitoring Layout Creation

This is the largest revamp of the preset editor ever, streamlining the entire workflow:

• View and screen management interfaces are now more prominent, with real-time image preview in the editor
• New high-precision color picker and fully customizable button sizes and styles, adapted for large-screen displays
• Built-in configuration self-check warnings that quickly identify routing gaps, blank views, and other broadcast risks

Comprehensive Expansion of OSC Protocol Capabilities

Significantly expanded OSC send/receive command set with native support for the OSC 1.1 standard, perfectly compatible with control devices such as the Elgato Stream Deck:

• Loudness calibration, EQ parameters, internal audio routing, and monitor start/stop can all be remotely controlled via OSC
• New local loopback secure listening mode that isolates external network access to protect broadcast system security
• Real-time control status feedback and automatic OSC alerts for audio anomalies, well suited for unattended automated machine rooms

• TMxCore's immersive analyzer adds a new LFE low-frequency correlation detector for precise control of phase in the Atmos low-frequency channel
• Additional ATSC dialogue-gated loudness scales have been added to suit domestic and international streaming and broadcast delivery specifications
• Simultaneous upgrades to the dialogue detector, immersive soundfield visualization, Dante channel identification, and timecode clock components
• Faster audio routing loading and smoother parallel rendering of multiple metering interfaces
